为快速疏散城轨大客流下的车站集聚客流,提出调整部分列车停站方案的行车调整方法,通过跳停大客流车站的前序车站以保留列车的载客能力,实现线路上发生大客流时的乘客快速疏散.以乘客平均等待周期最短为优化目标,建立线路突发大客流列车合理停站调整优化模型,并设计遗传算法进行求解,实现快速合理安排列车停站方案.以中国深圳市地铁后海站发生大客流的情况进行案例分析,验证所提出模型能够达到均衡乘客等待周期的目的 ,提高轨道交通车站的疏散效率,从而保证轨道交通系统的正常运营秩序.

To quickly evacuate the delayed passengers in emergencies, this paper proposes an adjustment method for metro train operation to improve the stop schedules for some trains, and the train capacity can be maintained by skip-stop of the front sequence station of stations with massive passenger flow. In order to minimize the average waiting time for passengers, this paper establishes a reasonable train collaborative disposal model for trains with mass passenger flow and develops a genetic algorithm to solve this problem so as to achieve a rapid and reasonable train stop schedule plan. Finally, an event of mass passenger flow caused by a concert at Houhai station of Shenzhen Metro is used as a study case which proves that the proposed model can shorten the average waiting time of passengers in the emergency. Overall, the proposed method can improve the evacuation efficiency of rail transit stations and ensure the normal operation order of rail transit system when a mass passenger flow occurs.
