工业遗产建筑钢结构的锈蚀会造成钢材能源的大量浪费及工业遗产的遗失,其清洗与保护工作面临严峻挑战. 采用新型、环保的激光清洗方式对工业遗产建筑钢结构进行清洗及保护,通过连续-脉冲激光的两步作用,实现厚层钢材锈蚀物高效率及高精度的清洗,同时还能够在钢材表面主动形成氧化物对钢材进行保护. 通过金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜配合能谱仪及粗糙度计等测量方式,对清洗前后的样品进行对比分析. 该研究利用新型能源进行工业遗产的清洗保护,可为工业遗产保护开辟新道路,并为资源节约提供新方案.

The corrosion of industrial heritage steel structure causes a large amount of waste of steel and damage to the industrial heritage. The cleaning and protection of the industrial heritage steel structure are facing severe challenges. We propose an environment-friendly laser cleaning method to clean and to protect the industrial heritage steel structure. By using the two-step continuous pulse laser cleaning method, a cleaning of the thick structure steel corrosion with high-efficiency and high-precision is realized. At the same time, this method can form oxides on the steel structure surface to protect the steel structure. The metallographic microscopy(MM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM)with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)and roughness meters are used to study the steel surface before and after the laser cleaning. The experimental results show that the laser cleaning method can provide a new solution for resource conservation and open a new path for the protection of industrial heritage, which has important guiding significance.
