为制备性能优良的辐射防护材料,以水性聚氨酯为基底,以氧化铒(Er2O3)、氧化钨(WO3)为射线屏蔽剂,制得无铅、环保、高效的Er2O3-WO3-水性聚氨酯X射线屏蔽材料.用高纯锗探测器测试和分析了材料的屏蔽性能,用蒙特卡罗程序MCNP对光子在材料中的运输过程进行模拟,用扫描电镜对材料表面进行观察分析. 结果表明,该复合材料可有效屏蔽X射线,屏蔽剂在材料内部分布均匀.材料对59.5 keV(241Am)和81.0 keV(133Ba)射线的质量减弱系数分别为5.5 cm2/g和4.2 cm2/g,优于传统铅屏蔽材料的防护效果(5.1 cm2/g和2.4 cm2/g). 样品质量减弱系数的实验测量值与MCNP模拟计算结果相对误差在5%以内.

To prepare an excellent radiation protective material with excellent performance, a lead-free environment-friendly efficient X-ray shielding material is prepared by using waterborne polyurethane as the substrate while Er2O3 and WO3 as the radiation shielding agents. The shielding property of the material is tested and analyzed with a HPGe detector. MCNP software is used to simulate the transportation process of photons in the materials. The surface of the material is observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that the composite material could effectively shield X-rays, and the shielding agents within the material are dispersed evenly. The mass attenuation coefficients of the material at 59.5 keV(241Am)and 81.0 keV(133Ba)are 5.5 cm2/g and 4.2 cm2/g, respectively. The shielding ability is better than those of traditional Pb(5.1 cm2/g and 2.4 cm2/g, respectively). The relative errors between the measured values of mass attenuation coefficients and the simulated results of MCNP are within 5%.
