针对航路交通流安全与优化问题,基于REICH模型提出同高度交叉航路碰撞风险的解析算法,确定安全间隔的必要限制.对REICH模型下同高度交叉航路飞机的碰撞风险进行推导分析,利用概率密度函数计算并确定同高度飞机侧向、纵向及垂直重叠的概率值,运用模糊理论确定飞机的相对速度值.通过实例计算验证该方法对于计算同高度交叉航路飞机碰撞风险的有效性,为提高单位空间内可容纳的飞机数量提供可行性理论依据和工程参考.

Safety and optimization of route traffic flow are critical for the operation of air traffic flow. We propose an analytical calculation method for collision risk of crossing airlines at the same altitude based on REICH model in order to determine the necessary limitation of safety interval canonically. We improve the REICH model to analyze and deduce the crossing collision risk. Furthermore, we calculate the probability values of lateral, longitudinal and vertical overlap of aircraft at the same altitude by using probability density functions. In addition, we estimate the relative velocities of the aircraft by the fuzzy theory. Finally, a case is given to verify the effectiveness of the method in calculating the collision risk of crossing airlines at the same altitude, which provides a feasible basis reference for improving the traffic flow of airlines in limited space.
