为了解底部框架-抗震墙房屋的震害特点及抗震性能,利用宏观震害评定及数值分析方法,对汶川地震后都江堰2 178栋楼房的底部框架-抗震墙砌体结构进行非线性模型回归与震害特征分析. 研究结果显示,底部框架-抗震墙砌体结构体系易于破坏的部位有底层框架与楼板、过渡层、底层节点及抗震墙.建立了震害调查样本与结构震损等级的非线性函数及曲线模型,可为结构抗震设计及地震烈度标准修订提供借鉴.

In order to understand the seismic damage characteristics and seismic performance of buildings with bottom frame seismic wall, the seismic damage characteristics analysis and nonlinear model regression are carried out for 2 178 Dujiangyan buildings after the Wenchuan earthquake by using the macro seismic damage assessment and numerical analysis. The results show that the vulnerable parts of the bottom frame seismic wall buildings are the bottom frame and floor, the transition layer, the bottom node and the anti-seismic wall. The nonlinear function and curve model of this kind of structure under different intensity levels are established. The model can provide reference for seismic design of structures and revision of seismic intensity standards.
