为探明铅蓄电池厂废弃地块是否对土壤环境及周边人群存在影响,以某铅蓄电池厂污染场地为研究对象,在系统分析该场地土壤重金属铅(Pb)的污染分布特征基础上,采用人体健康风险评价等手段对其风险特征进行综合评价.结果显示,该场地土壤总体中性偏碱,表层土壤重金属Pb含量明显高于区域背景值,其中生产区Pb含量为第1类建设用地风险筛选值(400 mg/kg)的5.58倍; 各区域不同深度土壤Pb含量与pH值呈负相关,与有机质含量呈明显正相关; 场地内各区域表层土壤Pb污染程度较高,按污染程度从高到低排序:生产区>排污口>熔炼区>循环水池; 健康风险结果显示,重金属Pb对人体所产生的非致癌风险总体可以忽略,但生产区和排污口处的土壤重金属Pb对人体具有一定的致癌风险.研究结果表明,此类铅蓄电池厂场地已明显受到污染,且对环境及人体健康具有潜在风险,若要开发利用,必须严格管控甚至修复治理.

To find out whether the abandoned lead battery plant has an impact on the soil environment and the surrounding population, taking one plant as the research object, we systematically analyze the pollution distribution characteristics of heavy metal lead(Pb)in the soil of the site to evaluate the risk characteristics comprehensively based on human health risk assessment model, etc. The results show that overall soil of the site is neutral and slightly alkaline. The content of Pb in the surface soil is significantly higher than the regional background value, and the content of Pb in the production area is 5.58 times of the risk screening value(400 mg/kg)of the first type construction land. The Pb content of soil in different depths is negatively correlated with pH value, and significantly positively correlated with organic matter content. The surface soil is highly polluted by Pb in all areas of the site, and the order of comprehensive pollution degree of each area from high to low is: production area, sewage outlet, melting zone and circulating pool. According to the results of risk characterization, the non-carcinogenic risk of Pb is negligible, but the heavy metal Pb in production area and sewage outlet has certain carcinogenic risk to the human body. The research results show that the lead battery factory site has been obviously polluted and has potential risk to environment and human health. It must be strictly controlled or even repaired in order to develop and use it.
