为改进传统的氯离子渗透混凝土深度测试技术,分析不同矿渣掺量对氯离子渗透深度的影响,通过多组不同矿渣掺量混凝土的氯离子渗透实验,并采用等效电路模型,对混凝土电化学阻抗数据进行了测试. 结果表明,在混凝土中掺入矿渣能降低氯离子的渗透深度,氯离子渗透的深度与等效电路元件的拟合值有较强的线性关系. 在电化学性能改变的基础上,通过分析不同矿渣掺量,可以预测混凝土中氯离子的渗透深度.

In order to improve the traditional testing technology of chloride penetration depth of concrete and the influence of different slag content on the penetration depth of chloride ion,we carry out chloride ion penetration experiments of several groups of concrete with different slag content. Meanwhile, a suitable equivalent circuit model is applied to test the electrochemical impedance data of cement based material. The experimental results show that the penetration depth of chloride ion can be reduced by adding slag in concrete. In addition, there is a strong linear relationship between the depth of the chloride ion penetration and the fitting value of the equivalent circuit element. On the basis of the change of electrochemical performance, the penetration depth of chloride ion in concrete can be predicted by the analysis of the content of different slag.
