为研究橡胶沥青砂浆对混合料的动态模量影响,采用旋转剪切压实试验,通过逐级填充粗集料测定骨架间隙率,分别取最小骨架间隙体积的0.85、1.00和1.10倍,添加质量分数为30%的胶粉改性沥青砂浆,组成沥青混合料,通过旋转剪切压实试验制备动态模量试件,通过沥青混合料性能试验测定动态模量.研究表明,橡胶沥青砂浆对混合料的动态模量影响显著,在相同的试验温度和加载频率下,随着沥青砂浆的增加,动态模量呈增大趋势. 西格摩德(Sigmoidal)数学模型能较好地拟合混合料的动态模量主曲线,粗集料、沥青砂浆和空隙的填充率拟合相关性分别为0.998、0.989和0.985.

In order to study the influence of rubber asphalt mortar on the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture, the rotating shear compaction test is used to determine the skeleton clearance rate by filling the coarse aggregates step by step. The 30% rubber powder modified asphalt mortar with 0.85, 1.00 and 1.10 times of the minimum skeleton clearance volume is assembled into three types of asphalt mixture. The dynamic modulus specimens are prepared by rotating shear compaction test, and the dynamic modulus is measured by asphalt mixture performance test(AMPT). The experimental results show that the rubber asphalt mortar has a significant influence on the dynamic modulus of the mixture. At the same test temperature and loading frequency, the dynamic modulus tends to increase with the increase of asphalt mortar. The Sigmoidal mathematical model is used to fit the dynamic modulus principal curve of the mixture. The fitting correlation coeficients of the three filling rates of coarse aggregate, asphalt mortar and void are 0.998, 0.989 and 0.985, respectively.
