混合交通是中国城市交通的一大典型特征,尤其在信号交叉口处的人行横道上,混合交通流量巨大,机动车、非机动车及行人的冲突十分频繁.人行横道上混合交通流的主要冲突包括:行人与行人的冲突、行人与非机动车之间的冲突、行人与右转机动车之间的冲突,这些冲突会对人行横道上混合交通流的秩序造成影响.为评价这一影响,引入秩序度的概念,针对人行横道上行人与右转车辆的冲突、行人与行人之间的冲突划分出显著的冲突区域,并对每种冲突对交通流的影响进行研究,通过统计样本中各类交通冲突对交通流的速度、加速度及轨迹等交通特性的影响,确定表征秩序度的2个特征参数,从而建立整个人行横道的秩序度评价模型.实例计算表明该模型对于提高交通管理效率、降低交通优化成本有一定作用.

Mixed traffic is a typical characteristic of urban traffic in China. Especially on the crosswalks at signalized intersection, mixed traffic flow is large. Traffic conflicts happen frequently. The main conflicts on the pedestrian crosswalk include the conflicts among pedestrians, non-motorized vehicles and right-turning motor vehicles. Several impacts are imposed on the order of mixed traffic flow for the above conflicts. To evaluate these impacts, the concept called order level is adopted. On the basis of on-the-spot filming and investigation, traffic characteristics including speed, acceleration, track of pedestrian, non-motorized vehicle and right-turning motor vehicle, as well as the variation of each characteristic result from the above traffic conflicts in a certain region including the pedestrian crosswalk and its vicinity are analyzed. According to the analysis, an order level evaluation model is established. Finally, the actual application of the model is illustrated by example calculation. This model can be used to improve the efficiency of traffic management, and can also reduce the cost of traffic optimization.
