在激光除痣手术中,医生需依靠肉眼判断痣组织与正常组织边界,导致大量病例存在痣组织清除不完全而复发.本研究提出通过激光诱导击穿光谱(laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy, LIBS)辅助激光除痣手术.将LIBS技术用于激光除痣手术中,通过实时反馈所清除组织的光谱信息,达到完全清除痣组织,避免术后复发的目的 .以4组病例的皮内痣组织与真皮组织为对象,采用Ca元素在393.4 nm和396.8 nm与Na元素在589.0 nm和589.6 nm的特征峰建立数学模型,应用该模型将皮内痣组织与真皮组织区分开,区分成功率达97.5%.

In laser nevus removal surgery, doctors rely on naked eyes to judge the boundary between the nevus and normal tissue, which leads to incomplete clearance of nevus tissue and recurrence in a large number of cases. We use laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy to provide real-time feedback on the spectral information of the tissue in the process of laser removal of nevus so as to eliminate the nevus completely and avoid recurrence after operation. We use four groups of the patients' surgical removed intradermal nevus and dermal tissues as subjects and establish the mathematical model by using the characteristic peaks of both Ca at 393.4 nm and 396.8 nm and Na at 589.0 nm and 589.6 nm via atomic emission spectroscopy. According to our model, the success rate of distinguishing intradermal nevus from dermal tissue reaches 97.5%.
