软X射线扫描相机是激光聚变研究中不可替代的重要诊断工具.为满足中国激光聚变研究装置的应用需求,本研究研制一台应用于惯性约束聚变(inertial confinement fusion, ICF)的软X射线扫描相机.相机具备模块化结构,便于安装、拆卸、更换和维修.通过以太网连接内嵌PC104可以实现远程控制功能,相机具备自主监测运行状态、主动报警及自我保护功能.通过电磁屏蔽等技术措施提升了相机抗强电磁辐射的能力.引入外部时标光作为时间基准,相机具备扫速校准功能.测试结果表明,该相机时间分辨率达5 ps, 空间分辨率大于20 lp/mm, 动态范围达2 237:1, 性能优良, 满足现阶段激光聚变研究的应用需求.

Soft X-ray streak camera is an irreplaceable important diagnostic tool in laser fusion research. In order to meet the application requirements of the laser fusion research equipment in China, we develop a soft X-ray streak camera for inertial confinement fusion(ICF). The camera has a modular structure which is easy for installation, disassembly, replacement and maintenance. The remote control function is realized by embedded PC104 through Ethernet connection. The camera has many functions such as autonomous monitoring of operational status, active alarm and self-protection. The ability of the camera to resist strong electromagnetic radiation is improved by technical measures, such as electromagnetic shielding. By introducing an external time scale light as the time reference, the camera has sweeping speed calibration function. The test results show that the time resolution of the camera is 5 ps, the spatial resolution is greater than 20 lp/mm, and the dynamic range reaches 2 237:1. Due to its excellent performance, the camera can meet the application requirements of laser fusion research at the present stage.
