为保证客运专线高架车站桥梁钻孔灌注桩后压浆的施工质量,满足站内无砟轨道铺设对基础沉降量的要求,实现对人工、材料、设备、外部环境及现场监管等因素的精准化管理,减少返工处理,提高经济效益,提出引入计划、实施、检查和处理(planning-do-check-action, PDCA)循环的管理模式. 对影响后压浆施工质量的各种因素进行调查分析并制定整改方案,通过两次PDCA循环管理,将后压浆的综合优良率由78%提高到100%. 由质量管理结果可知,压浆至总量的70%时,根据压力值适当调整水灰比可减小压力与压浆量双控差距. 压力值小于设定压力(桩端为3.2 MPa,桩侧为2.5 MPa)时,可减小水灰比,相反则适当加大水灰比; 在压浆底阀外部套装波纹钢丝皮管,侧阀皮管采用花形布置可提高压浆阀的正常开启率; 在压浆泵的电路系统中增设压力控制开关和三通,可解决因注浆压力突变而导致的管道破裂和接头脱离现象.研究可为在大型交通土建工程中引入PDCA循环进行精细化管理提供参考.
In order to ensure the construction quality of post-grouting for bored pile of passenger dedicated line viaduct, to meet the requirement of foundation settlement for ballastless track laying, and to realize the precision management of multiple factors such as manual, material, equipment, external environment and on-site supervision, the management model of planning-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle is put forward to reduce rework and improve economic efficiency. By analyzing the influence factors of the post grouting quality, we formulate the corrective project management. The excellent rate of post-grouting increases from 78% to 100% through twice PDCA cycle management. The results of project quality management show that when the grouting is 70% of total amount, the gap of pressure and grouting can be reduced by adjusting the water-cement ratio according to pressure. When the pressure value is lower than the setting pressure(3.2 MPa at the pile end and 2.5 MPa on the pile side), the water-cement ratio can be reduced, on the contrary, it should be appropriately increased. The normal opening rate of grouting valve can be improved by arranging corrugated steel wire tube at the outside of grouting bottom valve and the side valve tube with flower arrangement. The pipeline rupture and joint detachment phenomenon caused by grouting pressure changes can be solved through adding pressure control switch and three links in the grouting pump circuit system. The results provide an important reference on how to realize the delicacy management by introducing the PDCA cycle in the large-scale transportation civil engineering.
