报道一种结构简单紧凑的二阶Stokes自拉曼调Q锁模固体激光器.采用光纤耦合输出的大功率激光二极管,单端泵浦掺Nd原子数分数为0.3%的Nd:YVO4晶体,在重复频率为20 kHz,泵浦功率为22 W时,得到波长为1 764 nm、平均功率为0.215 W、锁模脉宽为12 ps及单脉冲能量为5.44 μJ的激光输出,其峰值功率达到453 kW.

A simple,compact second-Stokes self-Raman Q-switched and mode-locked(QML)solid laser system is demonstrated. The Nd-doped Nd:YVO4 crystal is pumped by a fiber-coupled laser-diode. The output laser with wavelength of 1 764 nm, average power of 0.215 W,peak power of 453 kW,single pulse energy of 5.44 μJ and pulse width of 12 ps is achieved at the pulse repetition frequency(PRF)of 20 kHz under the 22 W incident pump power by using an acousto-optic Q-switch.
