备注

针对现有胶囊内窥镜不能检测深层次组织病变信息的缺点,设计了一种面向超声胶囊内窥镜的单振元超声扫描成像装置.该装置通过往复运动的微型电机带动单阵元超声换能器进行扫描成像,超声成像由外部控制电路和个人计算机上位机组成,胶囊内窥镜扫描装置由外壳、微型扇型转动电机和单振元超声换能器组成.利用单振元超声扫描成像装置可完成扇扫的胶囊内窥镜装置的组装和超声成像系统设计,搭建实验平台,在上位机上显示成像效果.结果表明,该装置成像清晰,有应用于超声胶囊超声器件中的潜力.

We present a single element ultrasonic transducer based imaging device designed for capsule endoscopy. This device consists of a mechanical scanning capsule module, an imaging circuit and a processing microcomputer. The mechanical scanning module includes a shell, a motor with sector rotation and a single element transducer. The packaging of the capsule device, the design of the ultrasonic imaging circuit and the construction of test platform are achieved. Lastly, wire phantom images are displayed on the computer screen. The results prove that this device can provide clear ultrasound images and have potential applications in the capsule endoscopy.
