摘要:
为探究沥青加铺层张开型反射裂缝的发展过程,开展了水泥混凝土加铺沥青层的复合梁三点弯曲试验研究,采用声发射技术对复合梁的损伤过程进行动态监测,利用开源数字图像软件Ncorr获取损伤过程的水平向应变场,以荷载、声发射(acoustic emission, AE)振幅、AE振铃计数和AE能量研究复合梁的损伤过程.试验结果表明,声发射技术对沥青加铺层内部微裂缝及宏观裂缝的发展均具有良好的识别效果.基于AE参数,可将张开型反射开裂过程划分为静寂期、上升期、发展期和残余期4个阶段.静寂期基本没有AE信号;上升期和发展期损伤快速增长,表现为AE信号密集且活跃,与荷载曲线具有良好的一致性,呈现出单峰型特征;残余期复合梁已临近破坏,损伤趋于平缓.张开型反射裂缝扩展过程先是沿着接缝两侧,以多裂缝的形式发展,随后其中一条裂缝发展成主裂缝,并持续垂直向上扩展,次裂缝进入停滞状态.提出了基于振铃损伤量的复合梁张开型反射开裂行为损伤演化表征方法.
Abstract:
In order to explore the cracking behavior of opening-mode reflective cracks in asphalt overlays, we carry out the three-point bending test forcomposite beams with cement overlay asphalt layer. We quantitatively evaluate the damage based on the acoustic emission (AE) characteristic parameters.Firstly, we dynamically monitor the damage process of the composite beambyusing AE technique, then, analyze the horizontal strain of the damage process through open source digital imaging software Ncorr, and finally study the damage process of composite beams by AE amplitude, AE ringing counts and AE energy. The test results show that AE technique has a good identification effect on the development of micro-cracks and macro-cracks in the asphalt overlay. According to the AE parameters, the opening-mode reflection cracking process can be divided into four stages: silent period, ascending period, development period and residual period. There is basically no AE signal in the silent period. In the ascending and developing periods, the damage increases rapidly, showing that the AE signal is dense and active, which is consistent with the load curve, showing a single-peak type characteristic.In the residual period, the composite beam is close to destruction and failure, and the damage tends to be flat. Opening-mode reflective cracks firstly spread along both sides of the joint, in a multi-fracture development stage, and then one of the cracks develops into a main crack and continues to extend vertically upward, and the secondary crack enters a stagnation state.We also propose a method for characterizing damage evolution based on the amount of AE ringing damage of the opening-mode reflection cracking behaviorof composited beams.
