摘要:
校园卡业务作为智慧校园建设的重要组成部分,极大地方便了师生的学习与生活,在学校的管理和决策支持中发挥着重要作用.由于校园卡业务用户量大、终端设备多、数据量大,且随着移动支付和虚拟校园卡等新技术的应用,校园卡日常管理工作日趋繁重,同时,也出现遭受网络攻击、数据泄露和数据滥用等严峻问题.本研究从网络安全管理出发,考虑物理安全、系统安全、应用安全、数据安全及安全管理等维度,从校园卡系统建设规划、网络安全防护和安全运维3个方面采取保障措施,有效降低了校园卡系统的安全风险,为校园卡系统提供了网络安全保障,从而促进“智慧校园”建设,提高工作效率,提升信息化服务质量和管理水平.
Abstract:
Campus card business, as an important part of the construction of the “smart campus”, greatly facilitates the learning and living of teachers and students, and plays an important role in school management and decision support. Due to the large number of campus card users, many terminal devices, and large amounts of data, as well as with the applications of new technologies such as mobile payments and virtual campus cards, the tasks of the current daily management of campus card become more and more heavily. At the same time, other issues, such as network attacks, data leakage, data abuse and so on, become more and more serious. In this paper, from the perspective of network security management, we consider the physical security, system security, application security, data security, and security management. We take measures in three aspects, i.e., the campus card system planning and construction, network security protection, security operation and maintenance. Such measures effectively reduce the security risk of the card system, provide network security guarantee for the campus card system, and thereby promot the construction of “smart campus”, improve work efficiency and the quality and management level of information services.
