摘要:
针对高速公路上客车与路侧防护栏的碰撞问题,建立某大型客车有限元模型和常见现行道路上的Q235双波梁钢护栏的有限元模型,采用Dyna求解器,研究车速为80 km/h、碰撞角为20°时,客车-护栏碰撞系统的动态响应过程. 结果表明,双波梁护栏对客车的防护作用较差,虽可在一定程度上校正失控车辆,但客车最终会跨越护栏;客车前下端变形严重,但不会侵入乘员生存空间;护栏在碰撞过程中吸收的内能占车辆初始总动能的50%以上,可有效减缓汽车速度,降低道路交通事故的严重程度.
Abstract:
Finite element models of a large coach and Q235 dual-wave beam barrier normally utilized on highway are established to investigate the coach-barrier collision process. The LS-DYNA solver is used to simulate the dynamic response process with a coach speed of 80 km/h and a collision angle of 20°. The results show that the protective effect of the dual-wave barrier on the coach is poor. Although the loss of control of the coach could be corrected to a certain extent, the coach would still run across the barrier eventually. Even though serious deformation at the front-lower end of the coach is observed, the occupant survival space is not invaded. The barrier absorbs more than half of the initial kinetic energy of the vehicle during a collision, which can effectively decrease the coach velocity and reduce the severity of road accidents.
