摘要:
研究应用高效液相色谱法测定渔业禁用药物孔雀石绿,该优化检测法可同时检测水产品中的孔雀石绿和隐性孔雀石绿,操作简便,检测成本降低,准确度和检测限均较好地满足分析要求.经随机抽样检测深圳市各主要超市、农贸市场及批发市场的罗非鱼等15类526份水产品,检测结果显示,市售水产品中孔雀石绿残留水平极低,合格率达93.5%,说明深圳市食品安全监管部门对水产品质量的监控颇有成效.有关监测结果可供食品安全风险评估参考.
Abstract:
Malachite green has been banned in aquaculture usage as drug in many countries, including China. In this paper, a better method for quantitative analyses of malachite green was developed using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Based on this method, malachite green and leucomalachite green residues in aquatic products were determined. Its experimental operation was so simple that the test cost was reduced. The precision and recovery of the method were accord with the determination requirements. The results of random inspection of 526 samples of 15 kinds of aquatic products from major supermarkets and farmers markets in the city of Shenzhen showed that very few sample contained malachite green, the qualified rate being 93.5%. This indicates the supervision for the quality assurance of aquatic products has been obviously achieved by Shenzhen supervision departments in food safety. The method is helpful to food safety risk assessment.
