摘要:
报道将硒物质引入硅掺杂的AlPO4-47 晶体 (SAPO-47,CHA) 孔道中制备主客体纳米复合材料的方法及其光学表征.偏振拉曼散射谱表明,这些硒物质以8元环(Se8)形式存在,且任意嵌在CHA单晶笼中.因电子被局限在笼中,8元环硒的光谱吸收峰出现明显蓝移.
Abstract:
Synthesis and optical characterization of Se species incorporated inside the cages of Si substituted AlPO4-47 (SAPO-47,CHA) crystals have been reported.Polarized Raman scattering spectra unambiguously reveals that these Se species are of Se8 rings.The Se8 rings are randomly incorporated inside the cages of CHA single crystals.Since the electrons are confined inside the incorporated cages,the optical absorption band of Se8 rings is obviously blue shifted.
