摘要:
根据社会福利最大化原则，研究交通拥挤下的收费定价理论模型．与不设拥挤收费情况对比，拥挤收费可以获得通行费收入，减轻政府财政负担，实现社会福利的帕累托改进．提出不同情况下拥挤收费的具体数值．
Abstract:
According to the social welfare maximization principle，a theoretical model of the congestion pricing is prenented.Compared with no congestion charges，the congestion charge may inerease toll income，lighten the government financial burden and it could actually be a Pareto improvement of social welfare. Moreover，through computation analysis，the value of the congestion charge in the different situation.
