摘要:
利用水浴陈化和水热法在载玻片基底上合成了由CePO4纳米线构筑的纳米结构薄膜.研究两种水浴环境中不同合成时间对CePO4纳米结构形貌的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和热重-差示扫描热法(TG-DSC)对CePO4纳米结构进行表征,结果表明,在不同水浴环境中,CePO4纳米结构呈现不同形貌,且晶型结构、纳米线的长度和直径均有所改变.合成时间差异是CePO4纳米结构呈现不同形貌的重要因素之一.
Abstract:
The nanostructured CePO4 films were prepared through the water bath aging and hydrothermal process in glass slide substrate.The effects of different water environment,different reaction time on the morphology of CePO4 nanostructures were discussed.The CePO4 nanostructures were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffratometer(XRD), and thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC).These results indicate that the nanostructured CePO4 films present different patterns in different aquatic environments.The crystal structure,the length and diameter of CePO4 nanowires have been changed.Reaction time is an important factor influencing the patterns of nanostructured CePO4 films.
