摘要:
研究立体车库顾客的到达过程,考虑顾客到达的泊松过程与非齐次泊松过程.采用回归分析法获得顾客平均到达率与到达时间的关系,通过模拟不同到达过程,以K-S检验结果判定是否与实际到达属同一分布.根据实际立体车库运行过程编写两种到达过程下的仿真程序.仿真结果表明,立体车库顾客实际到达过程为非齐次泊松过程;对顾客源具有非齐次性特征的车库系统,非齐次性是影响其运行效率的原因之一.研究结果为模拟此类车库运行中的顾客到达过程提供参考,为提高车库运行效率提供新思路.
Abstract:
This paper studies the customer arrival process of stereo garage, considering both the Poisson process and non-homogeneous Poisson process for customer arrival. The relationship between average arrival rate and arrival time is obtained by regression analysis. By simulating different arrival processes, K-S test results are used to determine whether they belong to the same distribution as that of the actual arrival process. According to the actual operation process of stereo garage, two kinds of simulation programs under the arrival process are compiled. The simulation results show that the actual arrival process of customers in the garage is a non-homogeneous Poisson process. For the garage system with non-homogeneous customer source, non-homogeneous property is one of the reasons affecting its operation efficiency. This paper gives a reference for simulating the customer arrival process of such garage operation, and provides a new idea for improving the operation efficiency of the garage.
