摘要:
随着高等教育数字化转型的不断深入,高校广大师生对信息化应用的稳定性和流畅度提出了更高的要求.选择智慧校园若干典型应用,聚焦师生用户体验痛点、堵点,引入应用性能管理(application performance management, APM)相关技术工具,进行多项端到端的网络监测与应用性能对比实验,尝试实现智慧校园服务质量的精准评价和快速提升.实验结果表明,恰当的APM工具组合能够统一监控前端网页、app、中端网络和后端服务器应用性能,从业务逻辑层和系统代码层快速定位、分析、展示广大师生体验堵点,提升智慧校园服务的精细度、可视化和主动性.
Abstract:
With the deepening of the digitization transformation of higher education, the teachers and students in universities put forward higher requirements for the stability and fluency of informatization application. In this paper, considering several typical applications of smart campus and focusing on pain points and blocking points of teachers’ and students’ experiences on these applications, we use application performance management (APM) related technical tools to achieve accurate evaluation and rapid improvement of smart campus service quality. We carry out a number of end-to-end network monitoring and do the application performance comparison experiments. The results show that the appropriate combination of APM tools can not only uniformly monitor the application performance of front-end web pages, apps, mid-end networks and back-end servers, but also let us quickly locate, analyze and display the experience jam points of teachers and students from the business logic layer and system code layer. In a word, the APM can be used to improve the precision, visualization and initiative of smart campus services.
