摘要:
校园信息化已经进入数据技术(data technology,DT)时代,为了解决学校各业务部门因为可用数据维度不够导致的分析结果不准确、决策支持不到位的问题,提出利用数据中台技术将所有的数据都汇聚到数据中台上,整个校园共用一个数据技术平台和一套数据资产的方法.以中山大学的全域数据数仓体系建设为例,自下而上搭建数据中台体系架构,进行全域数据的数据分层体系设计和建设,为上层各类数据分析应用提供服务.中山大学将业务数据化和数据中台技术相结合,形成一套高效可靠的数据资产体系和数据服务能力(数据资产化和资产服务化),在学校需要构建新的业务分析应用时,数据中台可以迅速提供数据服务(数据业务化),做出敏捷地响应,其根本性创新就是把“数据资产”作为一个基础要素独立出来,让成为资产的数据作为生产资料融入业务价值创造过程,持续产生价值.实践证明,在利用数据中台建设全域数据分层标准体系提供数据服务时,数据计算效率和准确性均有提升,能很好满足业务部门快速准确获取分析结果的要求.
Abstract:
Campus informatization has entered the data technology (DT) era. In order to solve the problems of inaccurate analysis results and inadequate decision support caused by insufficient available data dimensions in various business departments of the school, we put forward a method of using data middle office technology to gather all the data on the data platform, and let the whole campus share one data technology platform and one set of data assets. Taking the construction of global data warehouse system of Sun Yat sen University as an example, we build the data middle office architecture from bottom to top, design and construct the data hierarchical system of global data, and provide services for various data analysis applications at the upper level. Data middle office of Sun Yat-sen University has formed a set of efficient and reliable data asset system and data service capability (data capitalization and asset service) through its own platform capability and continuous nourishment of data by various businesses (business digitization). When schools need to build new business analysis applications, data middle office can quickly provide data services (data servitization) and respond quickly. One of our fundamental innovations is to separate “data assets” as a basic element, and integrate the data into the business value creation process as the means of production, and continuously generate value. Practice has proved that the construction of data hierarchical data system, in the provision of data services, the efficiency of data calculation and the accuracy of calculation results can well meet the business requirements of fast and accurate access to analysis results.
