在夏热冬暖地区,建筑外表面涂料需适应当地的气候特征,从而减轻热负荷,提升热舒适度. 为研究不同色彩涂料的光热性能差异,提取1 891条兴趣点数据,统计深圳幼儿园建筑典型的外立面色彩,分析得到高频颜色(红、黄、绿和蓝). 在建筑密度较高的城市街区中,选取含有高频颜色且形式、布局相同的行列式建筑,对表面可见光光谱、壁面温度和反射率进行实地测量.结果表明,不同色彩的涂料立面因光谱反射率不同,呈现壁面温差,最大可达14.47 ℃,壁面温度与光谱反射率呈明显负相关;同时,壁面温度随着涂料明度的升高而降低. 可为建筑立面优化设计提供参考.
In hot summer and warm winter zone, the exterior coating of the building needs to adapt to the local climate in order to reduce the thermal absorption and improve indoor and outdoor thermal comfort. In this paper, we use POI (point of interest) data among 1891 kindergartens to analyze the typical colors of facades, and cluster four highest frequency colors (red, yellow, green and blue) from the POI data. We measure the spectrum of visible light, surface temperature, and the reflectance of different color coatings of a determinant block which is composed of buildings with same faade form and layout in the high-density city. The results confirm that surface temperature has a significant negative correlation with reflectance among different colors of paints. Furthermore, as brightness of paints increases, surface temperature decreases. The results can provide suggestions on building facade optimization design.
