构造1个由多个供应商、1个配送中心、多个零售商和第三方物流公司组成的多级供应链,考虑顾客随机需求及第三方物流公司提供运输价格折扣情况下的补货策略问题.建立以供应链总成本最小为目标的数学规划模型,以及供应链仿真模型模拟供应链的运作过程,并将遗传算法与仿真模型结合.仿真结果表明,该仿真优化模型能够解决随机条件下复杂供应链的最优补货策略问题,为决策者提供借鉴.

A multi-echelon supply chain is constructed. It is composed of several suppliers, a distribution center, and several retailers. It considers customers random demand and a third party logistics provider which provides quantity discount pricing for the transportation cost. In order to obtain the optimal replenishment policy, a mathematical programming model is proposed to minimize the total cost of the supply chain. Then a simulation model is developed to simulate the operation of the supply chain system which is combined with genetic algorithm based optimization algorithm. Finally, a simulated case verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model. It can solve the optimal replenishment problem of a complex supply chain with uncertain demand and thus support decision-makings.
