为提高单一聚苯胺(polyaniline, PANI)的电磁性能,在活性炭-铅笔芯电极(active carbon modified pencil core electrode, AC-PEC)表面,采用电化学合成法中的循环伏安法,通过荷电量优化制备条件,如扫描电位范围、扫描速度、苯胺浓度、支持电解质浓度、扫描圈数、外加中性电解质KCl浓度、活性炭分散液浓度及AC-PEC有效导电长度等,制备出聚苯胺/活性炭(PANI/AC)复合材料. 优化结果显示,在含0.2 mol/L苯胺(An)的0.3 mol/L H2SO4 和0.2 mol/L KCl共存溶液中(pH=0.22),以0.04 V/s的扫描速度,在-0.4~1.1 V的电位范围内连续扫描8圈,活性炭分散液浓度为75 mg/mL、AC-PEC有效长度为1.5 cm时,所制备的PANI/AC的荷电量最大,稳定性最好,且显示导电性良好的核-壳结构. 电磁性能测试显示,PANI/AC的阻抗比PANI和AC都低,并对7.44~15.12 GHz的电磁波有不同程度的吸收,比纯PANI的吸波范围10.48~14.32 GHz要宽.
Abstract:
In order to improve the electromagnetic properties of single polyaniline (PANI), polyaniline/activated carbon (PANI/AC) composites were prepared on the surface of activated carbon-pencil core electrode (AC-PEC) by cyclic voltammetry of electrochemical synthetic method. The preparation conditions such as scanning potential range, scanning rate, aniline concentration, supporting electrolyte concentration, number of scanning cycles, applied neutral electrolyte concentration, concentration of activated carbon dispersionand and effective conduction length of AC-PEC were optimized using charge of composite material. The results showed that the prepared PANI/AC had the highest charge and the best stability when AC-PEC with 1.5 cm effective length (75mg/mL activated carbon dispersing liquid concentration ) was put in 0.2 mol/L H2SO4 and 0.2 mol/L KCl containing 0.2 mol/L aniline (An) (pH=0.22) at the scanning speed of 0.04 V/s in a potential range of -0.4~1.1 V with 8 cycles scanning successively. PANI/AC exhibits a kind of core-shell structure with good conductivity, and its impedance is lower than that of PANI and AC. It can absorb electromagnetic wave from 7.44 GHz to15.12 GHz in varying degrees, which is wider than that of pure PANI in the range of 10.48~14.32 GHz.
