摘要:
在历史文化名城灾后重建恢复中,评判传统聚落空间恢复程度,逐渐成为中国历史文化名城保护工作关注的焦点.基于原始住民的视角,使用模糊层次分析法,以云南省香格里拉市独克宗古城为例,构建灾后聚落空间建成环境评价体系,并根据重要度-满意度的评价结果,从还原地域特征、优化空间形态、完善功能布局和促进安全保障等4个方面,提出尊重历史以还原地域特征、弹性控制以优化空间形态等独克宗古城既有建成环境的优化策略,为历史文化名城的灾后重建提供具有参考价值的评判方法.
Abstract:
During the process of post-disaster renovation of traditional town, evaluating the recovery degree of post-disaster reconstruction of traditional settlements is very important for the protection of historical cultural old towns in China. Based on the perspective of local residents, we, taken Dukezong town of Shangri-La as the case study, construct an?evaluation system?for the built environment after post-disaster recovery by using the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). We put forward the optimization strategies including resuming regional characters with respecting history, and optimizing spatial form with elastic control, etc, from the aspects of resuming of regional characteristics, optimization of spatial form, improving functional layout and promoting safety guarantee of Dukezong town, depending on the evaluation results of important degree-performance degree, which is beneficial for the experience of setting up the built environment evaluation for other historical cultural old town’s post-disaster recovery.
