摘要:
为了研究橡胶沥青砂浆对混合料的动态模量影响,采用旋转剪切压实试验,通过逐级填充粗集料测定骨架间隙率,分别取最小骨架间隙体积的0.85、1.0和1.1倍,添加质量分数为30%的胶粉改性沥青砂浆,组成沥青混合料,采用旋转剪切压实试验制备动态模量试件,使用沥青混合料性能试验测定动态模量.研究表明,橡胶沥青砂浆对混合料的动态模量影响显著,在相同的试验温度和加载频率下,随着沥青砂浆的增加,动态模量呈增大趋势. 西格摩德(Sigmoidal)数学模型能较好地拟合混合料的动态模量主曲线,粗集料、沥青砂浆和空隙的填充率拟合相关性分别为0.997 756、0.988 661和0.985 173.
Abstract:
In order to study the influence of rubber asphalt mortar on dynamic modulus of mixture, the skeleton clearance rate of coarse aggregate was measured by PCG rotational compaction method, and the skeleton clearance rate was measured by filling secondary aggregate step by step. Taking 0.85, 1 and 1.1 times of the minimum skeleton clearance volume and adding 30% rubber powder to modified asphalt mortar to form asphalt mixture, Preparation of dynamic Modulus specimen by rotating Compaction method (PCG), the dynamic modulus was measured by Asphalt mixture performance test (AMPT). The experimental results show that the dynamic modulus increases with the increase of asphalt mortar filling ratio at the same test temperature and loading frequency. Sigmoidal mathematical model is used to fit the main curve of dynamic modulus of mixture. The fitting correlations of the three filling rates were 0.997756, 0.988 661 and 0.985 173.
