摘要:
设计研制了大面积阴极双磁透镜分幅变像管,考察双磁透镜系统相同激励下1∶1的成像.从薄透镜成像关系出发,分析满足成像条件的4种情况,并求得各种情况下双透镜位置与焦距的关系式.通过阴极微带光刻分辨率板法进行成像的测试与验证. 测试结果表明,双磁透镜仅在少数几个位置能成较高质量的1∶1像. 影响双磁透镜像管1∶1成像的因素主要包括磁透镜的磁化饱和效应、铁磁材料间的磁场干扰以及透镜厚度.
Abstract:
A large cathode framing tube is designed and developed. Its imaging at a magnification ratio of 1∶1 is investigated by using a magnetic double-lens system with the same excitation. Firstly, based on the imaging formula of thin lens, four imaging situations are analyzed, and the relationship between the positions of the two magnetic lenses and the focal length is derived. Then, resolution plates photo-etched on the cathode micro-stripe are adopted to test the imaging quality of the tube under the four situations. The test results show that 1∶1 imaging with higher image quality occurs only when the double lenses are placed in a few positions. The factors that affect the 1∶1 imaging of the magnetic double-lens system are mainly the magnetization saturation effect of the lens, magnetic-field interference between the ferromagnetic materials of the two lenses, and the lens thickness.
