运用空间计量分析技术,建立基于知识生产函数的空间面板计量经济模型,考察2004—2013年广东省技术创新的知识溢出效应,以及广东省21个地级市技术创新的空间分布.分析结果表明,广东省技术创新存在显著的正向空间相关性,呈现出高高集聚和低低集聚的两级,形成明显的核心-边缘分布;外商直接投资对广东省技术创新产出的促进作用没有预想的显著;大中型工业企业科研人员对创新产出的正向影响较大;大中型工业企业研发经费以及市场集聚度都在不同程度上影响着创新产出;知识存量对广东省技术创新产出的影响明显,但城市间知识存量的相互联系较弱.
Abstract:
By mean of spatial econometric analysis technology, we build a spatial panel econometric model on the basis of knowledge production function and investigate the knowledge spillover effect of technological innovation in Guangdong Province from 2004 to 2013 and the spatial layout of technological innovation in 21 prefecture-level cities of Guangdong Province. The analysis results show that the positive spatial correlation of technological innovation in Guangdong is significant, manifesting two poles of high-high concentration and low-low concentration, which is a prominent core-periphery distribution. The facilitation of foreign direct investment in the technological innovation output in Guangdong Province is not as significant as expected. Researchers from medium and large-sized industrial enterprises impose a relatively significant positive impact on the innovation output. The R&D budget of medium and large-sized industrial enterprises and the market agglomeration level affect the innovation output to varying degrees. Knowledge stock has a significant impact on technological innovation output in Guangdong Province, but the correlation between the knowledge stocks of different cities is relatively weak.
