摘要:
根据神光Ⅲ原型装置的特点,配套研制一种通用X射线扫描相机. 相机既可用于高时间分辨的实验诊断,也可用于神光Ⅲ原型装置各束激光同步性能的检验. 该相机在结构上,具备二维摆动调节和轴向进给调节的运动功能,实现了高精度自行瞄准,XY指向误差≤25 mm,轴向定位误差≤10 mm; 在控制上,实现了全部高压的远程控制;在性能指标上,尤其是动态范围,也有较大的提高. 动态测试表明,该系统时间分辨率<31 ps,动态范围>900.
Abstract:
According to the characteristics of Shenguang-Ⅲ prototype facility, a universal X-ray streak camera was developed. It can be used not only to measure the time history of physical process but also to monitor the synchronization among the laser beams on the prototype facilities. Regarding its structure, the camera has a movement function 2D swing adjustment and axial feed regulation to achieve high precision targeting accuracy: XY≤25 mm and Z≤10 mm. Regarding its control, a high voltage remote control is realized. Its performances, especially the dynamic range, are also greatly improved. Dynamic test shows that the system time resolution is less than 31 ps, and the dynamic range is more than 900.
