摘要:
调查深圳地区石岩水库、铁岗水库水体的浮游植物群落变化与相关环境影响因子,结果显示,石岩水库2007年浮游植物有57种,隶属33属;铁岗水库全年浮游植物有65种,隶属38属;两水库均以蓝藻和绿藻为主,浮游植物优势种均为伪鱼腥藻和中华尖头藻,浮游植物年均丰度约为1×108 L-1,其中,蓝藻超过93%,硅藻约占5%,绿藻小于1.5%. 利用Pearson相关性分析方法,分析水库藻类丰度与环境因子的关系,结果显示,石岩水库藻类丰度与高锰酸盐指数(chemical oxygen demand[Mn], CODMn)呈显著正相关(r=0.607,P=0.037), 铁岗水库藻类丰度与水温呈显著正相关(r=0.611,P=0.035).
Abstract:
Phytoplankton and environmental factors were investigated in Shiyan Reservoir and Tiegang Reservoir in Shenzhen. 57 species of 33 genera and 65 species of 38 genera of planktonic algae are identified in Shiyan Reservoir and Tiegang Reservoir in 2007 respectively. The main species in both reservoirs are cyanophyta and chlorophyta. The domiant species are Pseudoanabaena sp. and Merismopedia sinica, and the average phytoplankton abundance is 1×108 L-1, among which cyanophyta accounted for more than 93%, bacillariophyta nearly 5% and chlorophyta less than 1.5% in the two reservoirs. Results of Pearson Correlation analysis show that the phytoplankton community in Shiyan Reservoir is significantly positively correlated with chemical oxygen demand[Mn] (CODMn)(r=0.607, P=0.037) whereas the phytoplankton community in Tiegang Reservoir is significantly positive correlation with water temperature (r=0.611, P=0.035).
