摘要:
提出一种高精度时间步进延迟系统的设计方法,并研制实用的电路模块.该方法基于微波三极管的开关特性,结合恒流源和充电电容及可编程比较电压产生步进延迟.利用PSPICE软件进行仿真和分析,并对实际电路模块进行实验测试.实验结果表明,该步进延时系统稳定性高,步进时间精度为8 ps,可用于自行研制的时域反射仪TDR-I中,并准确测量样本的介电常数.
Abstract:
A design method of a step-delay system with high accuracy is proposed in this paper. A practical circuit module was fabricated. The step-delay was implemented based on the switch characteristic of microwave triodes together with the constant current source, charger capacity and programmable comparison voltage. PSPICE simulation and experimental tests were both performed for the designed circuit module. The time step-delay system has demonstrated high stability with a timing resolution of 8 ps, which means that the step-delay circuit system can be applied in TDR-I to precisely measure the permittivity of a dielectric media.
