摘要:
设计研制一种用于宽量程扫描相机的大工作面积、高空间分辨像增强器,实现对扫描相机大面积输出图像的增强,用以解决输出图像与CCD记录系统的直接耦合匹配问题,克服了采用光纤光锥或透镜耦合到小面积像增强器时光能利用率太低的问题.对像增强器样管的实验测试结果表明,像增强器输入面积直径大于100 mm,输出图像直径30 mm,放大倍率为0.33.中心空间分辨率达30 lp/mm,边缘空间分辨率达25 lp/mm,几何畸变不大于10%.试验结果与理论设计吻合良好,性能指标满足设计要求.
Abstract:
An intensifier with a large working area and high spatial resolution was designed and developed to meet the demands of the wide measure range streak camera. This intensifier makes it possible to directly couple the large-format output image from the camera with the CCD recording system and to intensify the image. It also avoids the light energy utilization problem when using fiber cone or lens in coupling. Via the test system we built, the tube was tested. The results show that the image intensifier has an input working diameter of more than 100 mm, an output image diameter of 30 mm, and a magnification of 0.33. The centre spatial resolution is 30 lp/mm. The marginal spatial resolution is 25 lp/mm, and the geometric distortion is less than 10%. The results are in good agreement with the design and meet application needs.
