摘要:
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(cetyltrimethylammonium bromide,CTAB)为表面活性剂,尿素为碱剂,采用溶剂热法合成Mg-Al 层状双氢氧化物玫瑰花状结构和片球结构,通过高温煅烧制备花状结构的MgAl2O4.利用X射线衍射研究产物晶体结构,利用扫描电子显微镜分析产物形貌和粒径,考察表面活性剂添加量、反应物浓度和反应时间对产物形貌的影响.结果表明,表面活性剂CTAB的添加量为1 g时有利纳米片自组装,形成玫瑰花状结构或片球状结构;随反应物浓度增加,产物形貌从不规则的聚集体过渡到玫瑰花状结构,最终转变成片球状的微纳结构.
Abstract:
The Mg-Al layered double hydroxide micro-nano structures were prepared from urea by solvothermal method in the presence of surfactant (CTAB),and the MgAl2O4 flowerlike structures were synthesized by further calcination. The crystal structure and morphologies have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Effects of surfactants,the concentration of reactants,and the reaction time on the morphological control of the products have been systematically studied. The results show that 1 g CTAB is favorable to the self-assembly of nanoplates and the forming of roselike structures or spherical structures. With the increase of the concentration of reactants,the morphologies of the products change from irregular aggregates,roselike structures to spherical structures.
