摘要:
以S构型1,1’-联-2-萘酚单体、4,4’-二氟二苯酮和双酚芴单体为原料,通过缩聚反应,制备系列含联二萘结构的聚芳醚酮,采用核磁共振氢谱、差示扫描热法、热重分析法和凝胶渗透色谱对这些聚合物进行表征.结果表明,该聚合物具有高分子量和突出的耐高温性能,Polymer 3d的数均相对分子质量达2.7×104,玻璃化转变温度为230 ℃,热失重5%的温度为 498 ℃.这些聚合物在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和二甲亚砜等强极性非质子溶剂及CHCl3中都具有较好的溶解性,但不溶于水、甲醇和乙酸乙脂.该系列聚合物特别是聚合物3 d可潜在作为新型的固相手性分离试剂.
Abstract:
High molecular weight chiral poly (aryl ether ketone) (PAEK) containing 1,1’-2-bi-2-naphthyl moiety was successfully synthesized by the nucleophilic displacement of aromatic dihalides with bisphenols.The polymers were characterized by HNMR,DSC,TGA,GPC.The polymers with high molecular weight exhibited excellent thermal stability.Polymer 3d (Ar=2.7×104) shows high tg of 230 ℃ and 5% weight loss temperatures of 498 ℃.All of the polymers are soluble in DMSO,DMF,DMAc and CHCl3,but cannot be soluble in other common organic solvents such as H2O,CH3OH and CH3COOC2H5.The synthesized polymers, especially polymer 3d, could be used as novel chiral stationary phase to realize chiral separation.
