摘要:
采用尺寸分别为300 mm×300 mm×150 mm、400 mm×400 mm×150 mm和500 mm×500 mm× 150 mm,缝高比均为0.4,以及尺寸为150 mm×150 mm×150 mm, 缝高比分别为0.4、0.5和0.6的楔入劈拉试件进行研究,分析缝高比及尺寸对碾压混凝土断裂过程及断裂参数的影响,结果表明,与普通混凝土不同,碾压混凝土失稳断裂参数随缝高比的增大有一定程度增加;试件尺寸较大时(高度大于300 mm),《水工混凝土断裂试验规程》(DL/T5332-2005)中的公式对碾压混凝土才具有较好的适用性,试件尺寸较小时,该公式计算值与试验数据偏差较大,需进一步寻找更合适的公式.
Abstract:
The fracture experiments were done using 150 mm×150 mm×150 mm wedge splitting tensile specimens with crack depth ratios of 0.4,0.5 and 0.6 and 300 mm×300 mm×150 mm,400 mm×400 mm×150 mm and 500 mm×500 mm ×150 mm specimens with a crack depth ratio of 0.4.The effects of the specimen size and crack depth ratio on crack propagation and fracture parameters were analyzed.The values of unstable fracture toughness of roller compacted concrete (RCC) slowly increase with the increase of crack depth ratio and size,being different from the properties of ordinary concrete.Only if the height of the specimen is larger than 300 mm,the formula specified in code DL/T5332-2005 is then suitable for RCC.
