摘要:
提出一种均匀重采样RR间期序列预处理方法,利用Hilbert-Huang变换进行心率变异信号的特征提取与RR间期序列的Hilbert谱分析.研究表明,该算法能明确RR间期序列的物理意义,能有效提取HRV中频率变化的有用信息,改善Hilbert谱估计结果,为心率变异分析提供新思路.
Abstract:
A uniform resampling algorithm of RR series in ECG signal was proposed in this paper. Hilbert-Huang transform was used to extract the feature of heart rate variability (HRV) signals and perform Hilbert spectrum analysis of RR series. The simulation results have demonstrated that the useful information in the frequency variation of HRV signals can be extracted effectively and the performance of Hilbert spectrum estimation can be improved.
