摘要:
对风湿骨康片、骨刺消痛胶囊和消痛灵酊3种中成药中的乌头生物碱提取分离后,进行基质辅助激光解吸电离-飞行时间质谱和电喷雾-四极杆飞行时间串联质谱分析.发现在这3种中成药中含有双酯型生物碱、其水解产物单酯生物碱以及尼奥灵类生物碱等11种生物碱.苯甲酰中乌头原碱是前两类口服药中的主要生物碱成分,而消痛灵酊中则以次乌头碱为主.
Abstract:
Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry was used for the analysis of the aconitum alkaloids in three kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines including Fengshi-Gutong-Pian(FSGTP),Guci-Xiaotong-Jiaonang(GCXTJN) and Shexiang-Zhuifeng-Gao(SXFSG).As many as 11 kinds of aconitum alkaloids including diester-diterpenoid alklaoids,monoester- diterpenoid alaklaoids and neoline-type alkaloids were detected in these Medicines.Benzoylmesaconine is the main alkaloid component in FSGTP and GCXTJN,however,benzoylaconine and mesaconitine become the dominant alkaloids in SXFSG.
