摘要:
在微波辐射下,以多聚磷酸为催化剂,水为溶剂,邻苯二胺和间苯二甲酸为原料,合成得到1,3-双(2′-苯并咪唑基)苯.运用正交实验优化了合成反应条件,最优化工艺条件是n(间苯二甲酸)∶n(邻苯二胺)=1∶2.3,多聚磷酸用量为12 g,微波辐射时间为25 min,微波功率为539 W.产率达87.32%,合成产物经熔点测试、IR和1HNMR表征得到确认.
Abstract:
1,3-di(2′-Benzimidazole)benzene was synthesized under microwave irradiation,using polyphosphoric acid as a catalyst,o-phenylenediamine,isophthalic acid as raw materials and water as a solvent.The prepared technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The optimized technology was 1∶2.3 of n (isophthalic acid)∶n(o-phenylenediamine),12 g of polyphosphoric acid,25 min of irradiation time,539 W of microwave power and 87.32% of the highest conversion rate.The synthesized compound characteristic was confirmed by melting point,IR and 1HNMR.
