摘要:
提出评价交通分流效益的理论分析和仿真方法,建立道路网总行驶时间的非线性成本模型,得出分流效益的计算公式,分析影响效益的因素和临界值.针对复杂实际路网,提出用微观交通仿真软件Paramics评估分流效益的技术路线和解决方案,开发能模拟交通分流的仿真程序插件,实例验证了其有效性.
Abstract:
Traffic diversion is an effective measure for alleviating road traffic congestion.The theoretic analysis and simulation methods were proposed for evaluating the benefit of road traffic diversion.The non-liner cost model was developed for estimating road network travel time.A diversion benefit was deduced from the time-cost equations.The impact factors and critical value were analyzed from the diversion benefit formula.The microscopic traffic simulation software,Paramics,was used for the complicated practical road network.The subroutine for modeling traffic diversion was developed and validated by a case study.
