摘要:
利用2006年中国统计年鉴数据,对北京、上海、山东、广东、浙江和江苏6省市的建筑业竞争力进行综合评价,采取主成分分析法评价6省市建筑业竞争力.结果表明,所建立的地区建筑业竞争力评价指标体系可避免原始信息重叠及主观权重过大对评价结果造成的影响,说明用主成分分析法评价地区建筑业竞争力是可行的.
Abstract:
A competitiveness assessment index system of China regional construction industry is proposed.The principal components analysis was applied to the 2006 statistical data in Beijing,Shandong,Guangdong,Shanghai,Zhejiang and Jiangsu to analyze and assess the level of competitiveness.The study results indicate that the proposed assessment system can assess the competitiveness of regional construction industry effectively.The principal components analysis can significantly simplify data structure in the precondition of minimizing loss of original data information,and the weights of various indicators can also be determined objectively.
