摘要:
以中心波长976 nm、输出功率70 W的半导体激光器作为泵浦源,掺镱双包层保偏光子晶体光纤为增益介质,采用法布里-珀罗光学谐振腔结构,利用后向泵浦,实现了波长约1 040 nm、最大功率5.3 W的激光输出,并就保偏光子晶体光纤在不同缠绕轴向及缠绕半径时输出激光的偏振特性进行了实验研究.
Abstract:
A polarization-maintaining photonic crystal fiber laser was reported.In the experiment,a 70 W output power LD with 976nm central wavelength was used as the pump source,a Yb3+-doped double-clad photonic crystal fiber was used as gain medium,and the F-P cavity was used.A maximum output power of 5.3 W was obtained at ~1 040 nm central wavelength.The influences of pump power on polarization characteristic of the laser were studied.
