在超声波辐射下,以邻苯二胺和丙酮为原料,合成了对2,2,4-三甲基-2,3-二氢-1H-1,5-苯并二嗪.产物经过熔点测试,并进行IR和1HNMR表征确认.工艺参数n(丙酮)∶n(邻苯二胺)为2.2∶1.0,超声波功率为500 W,超声波辐射时间为20 min时,产率达79.9%.

2,2,4-trimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepine was synthesized from o-phenylenediamine and acetone by using ultrasonic method,and was characterized with melting point determination,IR and 1HNMR methods. When the molar ratio of acetone to o-phenylenediamine was 2.2,and the ultrasonic power was 500 W,the yield reached 79.9% after the reaction was preceded for 20 min.
