摘要:
选取药物合成的单-6-O-对硝基苯甲酰-β-环糊精为载体模型,以金刚胺衍生物作为金刚胺类抗病毒药物模型,研究两者在水溶液体系中的包合作用.通过稳态光谱研究及竞争实验,确定两者间结合位点为金刚胺基团,该体系的Stern-Volmer常数为2.169×104 L/mol.
Abstract:
Mono-6-O-p-nitrobenzoyl-β-cyclodextrin was synthesized, and was applied as the carrier.The adamantanamine derivative was selected as the representative of antivirotic drug,and a detailed study on the complexation of the two molecules was conducted in aqueous phase.The binding site of the complex is identified to be adamantanamine moiety with steady-state spectroscopy and competition experiment.And the calculated Stern-Volmer constant of this system is 2.169×104 L/mol.
