摘要:
用大尺寸La3+部分替代Pa3+,制备出多晶体系Pr0.5-xLaxCa0.5MnO3,研究该体系的磁学性质.对样品进行磁化强度测量, 低温下(2.5K)由反铁磁向铁磁转变时呈现出阶梯状跳变.随着替代量x值增加,出现第一个阶梯状跳变的临界磁场逐渐减小,样品的磁化强度逐渐增大.与Ba2+或Sr2+对A位Ca2+的替代结果相比可知,在导致磁化强度阶梯状跳变和场致铁磁性的能力上,Ba2+替代的能力大于Sr2+,Sr2+的能力大于La3+.利用建立在相分离基础上的类马氏体相变模型,上述实验结果可得到较合理的解释.
Abstract:
The polycrystalline compounds Pr0.5-xLaxCa0.5MnO3 were prepared by the substitution of larger cation La3+ for Pa3+,and their magnetic properties were studied.The measurement of magnetization versus magnetic field (M-H) was performed at 2.5K.The multistep-like behavior was observed during the transition from antiferromagnetic state to ferromagnetic state.With the increase of x, the critical field for the occurrence of the first step gradually decreases,and the magnetization gradually increases.In comparison with the A-site Ba2+ and Sr2+ substitution for Ca2+,the Ba2+ substitution is more effective than Sr2+ substitution and the latter is more effective than the La3+ substitution to induce magnetization steps and field-induced ferromagnetism.These results can be explained by a martensitic-like model on the basis of phase seperation.
