摘要:
在微波辐射下,用乙醇作溶剂,以邻苯二胺和对羟基苯甲醛为原料,合成了对1-羟基苄基-2-对羟基苯基苯并咪唑.利用正交法优化微波促进该反应的工艺条件,优化工艺参数,选n(对羟基苯甲醛):n(邻苯二胺)为2.3∶1.0,微波辐射温度为78℃,微波辐射时间为60 min,产率达69.7%.用IR、1HNMR和13CNMR对产物进行了表征.
Abstract:
1-(p-hydroxybenzyl)-2-(p-hydroxyphenzyl)-benzimidazole was synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with p-hydroxybenaldehyde.The reaction was accelerated by microwave irradiation with ethyl alcohol as solvent.The method of orthogonal experiment optimized synthesis factors which affect the reaction.The reaction parameters are n(p-hydroxybenaldehyde):n(o-phenylenediamine)=2.3∶1.0, and the temperature of microwave irradiation 78℃,the time of microwave irradiation 60min.The highest yield of the title compound was 69.7%.The samples synthesized were characterized by melting point determination,IR spectrogram,1HNMR spectra and 13CNMR spectra.
