摘要:
针对动物地区性变化方式及对相关死亡率等估计,提出一般状态空间模型方法,该模型易于推广至其他动物的踪迹重获.利用基于有效软件ADMB下的C++/C程序作参数估计,计算高效便捷.对IPHC的数据分析表明,鱼群无显著迁移.
Abstract:
A general state-space model was developed for animal mark-recapture experiments to examine the patterns of the regional movement and to estimate the associated mortalities for the tag-released animals. This model can be easily modified to other animal population. A likelihood estimation was implemented with a C++/C-based program (AD model builder),and the parameter estimates can be obtained. Data were analyzed from mark-recapture experiments conducted by the International Pacific Halibut Commission. The analysis revealed that the fish movement was not significant in the retated areas.
