摘要:
建立基于过程评价、效益评价、影响评价与可持续性评价的工程项目后评价指标体系.利用网络层次法,分析评价系统中各层次间及同一层元素间的依赖与反馈关系,建立网络层次法结构模型,通过超矩阵计算评价指标权重.实例证明该评价指标体系及评价方法有效.
Abstract:
A post evaluation index system is presented for the construction project on the basis of the process evaluation, effectiveness evaluation, impact evaluation and sustainability evaluation. Using the theory and computing means of the analytic network process(ANP), a new evaluation index system considering the relationship between index hierarchy and among hierarchies is established, then a super matrix is advanced and the weight of the index system is calculated.The validation of the ANP evaluation index system and method in the post project evaluation is demonstrated through a case study.
